Number 10 Lagos

We were tasked with renovating the Number 10 Lagos, a late 1940’s colonial government residence, which had fallen into disrepair.  The Number 10 Lagos  property is intended as a diplomatic residence and an emphasis in retaining its colonial character was an important indication in the brief. 

Our design and execution allowed us to express our minimalist style, while still celebrating the beauty of this period stately property.  We added another bedroom to the property, which was achieved by creating a cantilever over what is now the car drop off at the main entrance.
